Interior Designer

Our in-house interior designer creates functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces within residential buildings. They work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget, and then conceptualize and implement interior design solutions that align with their vision. They perform key responsibilities and tasks that a home building interior designer typically performs as per below:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their design preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements for their homes. Understand their budget and any specific design ideas they may have.
  2. Space Planning: Develop a well-thought-out layout for the interior spaces, ensuring optimal use of available space and creating a flow that meets the client’s needs.
  3. Concept Development: Create design concepts and mood boards that visually communicate the proposed design direction, including color schemes, furniture styles, lighting ideas, and material choices.
  4. Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, fabrics, and furnishings that align with the design concept and meet the client’s requirements for quality, durability, and aesthetics.
  5. Furniture and Fixture Selection: Assist clients in selecting furniture, fixtures, and accessories that complement the design style and suit the functional needs of each room.
  6. 3D Renderings: Use computer-aided design (CAD) software or other design tools to create 3D visualizations of the proposed interior designs, allowing clients to better envision the final outcome.
  7. Collaboration with Contractors and Builders: Work closely with the construction team, builders, and contractors to ensure that the interior design plans are properly integrated into the overall construction process.
  8. Budget Management: Develop interior design plans that fit within the client’s budget and provide cost estimates for materials, furnishings, and any design services required.
  9. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of the interior design plans, including coordinating deliveries, installations, and any required renovations or modifications.
  10. Styling and Decoration: Add finishing touches to the interior spaces through the selection and placement of decorative elements, artwork, and accessories.
  11. Sustainable Design: Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable design practices, materials, and products whenever possible, considering the environmental impact of the design choices.
  12. Keeping Up with Trends: Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies to offer innovative and contemporary design solutions to clients.
